Yesterday I posted the following question, but the link was not hot so here is the message again with a fixed link. I realize that this is a biofuel group, but I also know that there are a lot of people who know diesel engines. If direct help is not possible would someone please point me in the right direction to find the information I am seeking on the VW injection pump? Thank you, Aidan Original message: I have recently had to change the injection pump in my 90 Jetta 1.6L non turbo (non biofuel related). I developed an air leak in the pump which allowed the fuel to back draw into the tank. This made starting the vehicle very difficult. I did the work myself and have timed it to perfection (expensive tools). I installed an 85 injector pump from a 1.6L non turbo. The one question that I do have is regarding the adjustment of the screws on the injection pump. Here is a link to a picture and explanation: http://www.rufuslakeoutfitters.com/Aidan/pump.htm Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would like to get the car running well so that I can continue with the WVO conversion. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] --- End forwarded message ---
