Question for the two groups: Is Phillips using ANY ethanol or are they pulling some fast one here? The word ethanol is not used in the news release and it seems clear they are arguing *against* its mandated use. It also seems clear that they are saying their non-MTBE gas *may* (*or may not*) contain ethanol. My guess is they are using some but are still powerfully working against its mandated use.
