Sorry Keith, maybe there are decently run socialist countries, but Canada, unfortunately isn't one. Canada is run on the principle of the lowest common denominator; If one idiot can figure out how to hurt themselves doing something, then it is made illegal for anyone to do it. I had 35 years of it and got out. However, as much as I like living in Texas, I would like to live in a country that I would like to be a citizen of. The US is a big bully, and not something I am proud of in so many ways. I wonder, is there any place in this world to live, where one doesn't have to put up with a lot of rules like building codes but that doesn't sicken one stomach with their international behavior.
