Hello, I have been trying to separate glycerin and FFA's with 210 ml phosphoric acid in 1500 ml of the glycerin layer. All that happens is, that the whole lot gets thicker and thicker, but no separation at all. What am I doing wrong ? The glycerin layer is not really liquid. I would say about as thick as yoghurt. I used 4 grams of lye in the BD proces ( in Holland the veg. oil has to be refreshed every day, so I am lucky to gather allmost unused oil )
