Is the 130F temperature a requirement for Second Stage, step 13 and beyond? I'm interested to know if instead of raising the temperature to that level (difficult with my system), I could stir the mix for a longer period of time with similar results. Bottom line: is there a time vs. temperature reaction table that describes the reaction rate at different temps?
