This looks worth bookmarking, if only to use as a foil for discussion of all that we can find to criticize about it, but it would take some time and effort to read through it. But it might pay to revisit it once in awhile, since it would claim to provide a quotable window as to Bush-Cheney Energy Policy and American proclaimed energy policy. I read through a couple of pages. Some history on the DOE and some goals. If they want some Economic Security as relates to Energy Policy, they might have spent more time on the history of DOE's failures and successes in that department.
