By the way : it is "Stirling" and not Sterling.
The man who invented the thing was Robert Stirling in 1860.
I made the same mistake, looking for Sterling and you will not find very
much on the internet, exept from people who also don't know how Stirling
should be written, which are ofcourse not the specialists.
