numbers.  I 
checked your information, and the only place on the NBB website that 
stated there was 60-80 million gallons was here 
http://www.biodiesel.org/pdf_files/Capacity.PDF - talking 
about "capacity".  That's how much the current plants could produce 
if they went all out - not as you state "national production".
