<x-charset ISO-8859-1>As I've said earlier, I just bought a 1984 VW Vanagon. I'm planning on running it on B100 and SVO in a two tank system. (I'm leaning towards Greasel). My question is: does anybody who knows a lot about VWs know if I will have to replace the seals on my engine? (i.e. are they rubber or something else?) I would really appreciate any knowledgable advice on the matter.
I'm not planning on mixing SVO and low sulfur diesel. I hope that the person running their TDI on 20%SVO and 80% low-sulfur diesel has good luck and their TDI keeps running for a long time. .. . but 40,000km on a brand new diesel engine is but a drop in the bucket. namaste, Justin Care2 make the world greener!
