<x-charset ISO-8859-1>I'm just trying to understand the process of making ethanol from wood. What will be in the liquid once the wood is broken down and fermented? Water and a bunch of different alcohols, right?
Is it possible to predict how much of each alcohol there is? Is there anything else? Thanks.
