Typically methanol acquired from race tracks is unmixed as the only thing they would want to mix it with is nitromethane which is more expensive per liter then methanol. Also different classes of cars run with different mix ratios. Water content may be more of a concern. You may want to mix your newly acquired alcohol with a desiccant although for the life of me I am unable to remember what desiccant is appropriate for methanol (possibly calcium chloride).
