I think there are too many different types of contaminants for that - excess methanol, residual lye, soaps, various types of glycerine and glycerides. Anyway, since washing works very well, and the amount of water used is easily reduced and can easily be cleaned after use, one would question the need for adding an extra component that you probably couldn't provide yourself and would have to keep buying.
