Hallo Tom, I am not the one to ask about rubber and biodiesel. It is my impression that the two get along fine although they have a bad reputation to the contrary but I don't know that as fact. I just put the rubber bit in there in case someone had concerns about biodiesel and rubber coming into contact because in my fuel oil burner they don't and I don't believe they do in any others. Todd or some of the others can tell you definitively. Just consider me a half blind old fart hobbling around muttering to himself trying to make sense of things. ;o)
