 Now that I think about it
 there is a 10-20 cent decrease for
 Minnesota E10 unleaded gasoline in
 comparison to just a few miles
 across the border in the state of
 Wisconsin's 87-octane unleaded gasoline
 which costs more.  This may only
 be true in the area I occasionally
 drive.
