Hi Wooly In UK, I recently asked a supplier if I could collect methanol they said only if the collecting driver could show full COSHH certification (COSHH is Control OF Substances Harzardous to Health).
Don't know if it's same in Oz, but over here you get it delivered and don't move it again (legally) without full certification.
