Sam, A gravitational separation pond is simply a holding tank. A chronometrical device is simply a clock, watch, sundial or other such instrument.
Transesterify the oil over a proper amount of time and let settle. Agitate a water and fuel mixture until homogenous in appearance and let settle. No continuous centrifuge is needed for this process.
