Hi Ong You can try separating beta carotene from the FAME by distillation as an additional profit center. Distillation decolorizes and gives you a clean product leaving behind the carotene. CPO is a bit cheaper and why not WVO? FYI CPO contains 500-to-3,000 ppm carotenes, mostly beta.
