The only reason I made it all the way through is because when I got to all the in-depth charts I zoomed past looking more at the mechanics of the thing.
Yup, that's  a great site -- finally I understand the
difference between a maximum and minimum azeotrope. Well,
I probly learned it 35 years ago in PChem, but I haven't
known it RECENTLY :-)

Very interesting for sure. I have never seen this process described quite so well before. Being a hardware man I really like the way the site shows how the shelves percolate and the steam interacts with the feedstock.
