If it were a matter of one airplane traveling across
the sky en route to some destination, I would not have
concerned myself with investigating further. But
because it has involved -- once again by my personal
observation -- several planes criss-crossing the sky
for hours at a time, for days and weeks and months and
years, laying down obvious patterns of trails that
often have persisted for hours, I have had to admit
the possibility that something more is going on than
is being publicly explained.

And when even "plausible" public explanations are not
forthcoming, for something that has been very visibly
going on for at least six years, then I feel safe in
concluding that whatever is going on is not in the
public interest.
