A small amount of gasoline in the biodiesel shouldn't affect it too much. Some of the crazy schemes for using unheated SVO call for mixing it with 15% gasoline or such. While I don't think this is necessarily good for the diesel engine, the majority of the problems I have heard of from doing this are not sufficiently dissolving the oil, not problems with the gasoline component per se.
It also seems that gasoline should be separable from biodiesel by distillation, because of the much lower vapor pressure of gasoline, although I am not sure about that.
