Thomas, If you can find out from the manufacturer what the tanks are lined with then you can determine very easy if it is compatible. I think the material may be colapsable polyethylene like the refrigerator wines. As the fluid leaves the material collapses keeping air and moisture out. Check the bottom of the drum to see if it has a small vent hole. This is just a possibility, it is best to get a positive ID. If it is polyethylene you have no worrys from Biodiesel.
