does anyone happen to know where i can find regulations or requirements for starting a BD refinery in iowa? i have basically shredded the state of iowa website trying to find it, but have had no luck. is it something regulated by county, or is it regulated at all yet? i need to know what to do and what licenses i need. there are only three refineries, and they are all in western iowa, leaving the eastern half of the state basically dry. i have yet to see any mix of BD in the QCA.
