Yea I guess peak usable or peak easily attainable would be more accurate, but awkward. Doug S.; Yes water vapor will condense and fall to the planet's surface SOMEWHERE, however replenishing to it's original source may be a bit of chance. Particularly if the source was an underground aquafier . When I worked in the oil patch I aften introduced chemicals into prehistoric "oceans" deep underground.
