HI, I'm writing from Six Mile Creek Vineyard to find out if you or a farmer you know thru Greenstar, Farmer's Market,etc. may be interested in being part of our SlowFood event here at the winery on Aug. 12. Last year I had Nancy Taber from FL Farmstead Cheese Co. have sample cheeses and info about her business. The whole day is dedicated to education on what "Slow Food "is , their mission and support for heritage foods as well as buying and eating locally. It is followed by a 4 course prepared meal by Sean O'Brien from Willow Restaurant using all local products. I pulled this address from an artilce on the Brooktondale Beanery ....
