Hello,

The Solar Decathlon team is looking for some help working on the house. Please see announcement below, if interested. If you can't make it on Wednesday, you may want to keep checking the website as there are additional dates where help will be needed.

Best,
Kat

Cornell’s Solar Decathlon team is building a high-tech, solar-powered,
ultra-efficient house (http://cusd.cornell.edu/). Less than three weeks
from now, they will move it to the National Mall in DC where about 250,000
people will walk through it and see how cool solar energy and energy
efficiency can be. However, building it is a big job, so the students
working on it would be glad for your help. All skill levels are welcome.
There’s something for everyone to do.

This Wednesday evening 5-8 pm, we’ll be painting the siding and preparing
the innovative canopy for shipping. Dinner included. Can you come join
in? If so, just sign up at http://cornellsolar.pbwiki.com.

The construction site is a few blocks south of campus, inside Cornell's
High Volt Lab building, 909 Mitchell Street. Rides available. More
details at the sign-up Web site.

If you can’t help Wednesday 5-8 but can help at some other time, that
would be great too. In that case, just email me (DLS77) to let me know
what time works for you. You can help pretty much any day between 9 am
and 6 pm.

If you can come, just sign up at http://cornellsolar.pbwiki.com. Hope to
see you there!

Please forward this to friends you think might be interested.
