Ending several months of work, the City of Ithaca's Local Action
Plan Energy Policy Committee has reported back with three
recommendations for ways in which the City can achieve its goals
for reduction of greenhouse gas emissions through changes in City
operations. (The committee was not chartered to address ways in
which the City could reduce emissions through changing the
behavior of its residents.)
