Upstate2050.org is not necessarily about relocalization, as you can 
probably tell from stories like:

but lots of the stories definitely have strong connections to 
relocalization and the concerns that drive that conversation.

It's an effort to get people to think outside of the usual conversations 
about Upstate New York, and imagination is definitely a part of it.  The

but I'd be happy to say that it's about "preparation by thinking ahead 
imaginatively."
