Wangari Maathai P'94, P'96, L.H.D. '94   FREE

Renowned Nobel Peace Prize winner and founder of Kenya's Green Belt 
Movement, and a former Assistant Minister for Environment and Natural 
Resources there,  Wangari Maathai will conclude the President's Forum 
series for spring 2008 in the Smith Opera House in Geneva at 7:30 
p.m. Maathai will also accept an Elizabeth Blackwell Award. Maathai 
is an internationally recognized figure who is at the nexus of 
political and environmental progress and has single-handedly changed 
the way that the world views women and the environment.

Perhaps individuals could setup  set up carpooling options with 
neighbors and friends
