A 3 hour symposium designed  to explore and debate various topics relating to 
climate change and its impacts,  future environmental and climate policy 
developments, and the role that leading  universities can play in mitigating 
human 
impact  globally.

The symposium is divided into three 45-minute segments as  follows:

12:30 -  1:30 pm --Reducing Cornell and Tompkins County's carbon  footprint
This  session will focus on the potential for conflicts and for partnerships 
in  efforts to reduce Cornell and Tompkins County's carbon  footprint.
