Any old time farmers out there (or others of course too :) ever hear of a drink 
called switch-o.  It was like a gatorade drink that we used to make in hay 
making season, but no one seems to know the recipe.  I think it was something 
like water, vinegar and molasses..?  Sounds awful but is very refreshing and 
can be made with local, healthy ingredients.
