Just wanted to add, for anyone who doesn't know, that you can also bring CFL bulbs (and any other kind of fluorescent bulb) to the Tompkins County Solid Waste Transfer Station (or whatever it's officially called, we generally call it "the dump!") for recycling anytime they are open. The container is near one of the trash drop-off bays. -Kristie
