*       Local Plays: Trenton Blackriver, Marcellus Shale, and other
mineral rights 
*       Local Distribution:  Gas pipeline and collection lines, owner's
right to gas use, gas storage issues 
*       Legal Issues:  Eminent domain, lease constraints, dual ownership
issues 
*       Site Issues:  Setback requirements, access requirements, site
reclamation, water usage and aquifer protection, seismic testing,
allowed land usage, protection of existing and proposed structures.
