Tom's already committed to a piece on waste management, with
publication tentatively scheduled for December.

Here's the current tclocal.org publication schedule for the next
couple of quarters:

September 2008: Household preparedness (Katie Quinn-Jacobs)
October 2008: Health resource survey (Bethany Schroeder)
November 2008: Small livestock (Angelika St. Laurent)
December 2008: Waste management (Tom Shelley)
January 2009: Food processing (Seph Doliner and Josh Dolan)
February 2009: Local foodsheds (Chris Peters)
March 2009: Local wood heat (Tony Nekut)
April 2009: Local biofuel production (Tycho Dan)

Note that this schedule is subject to change. Anyone wishing to
become a TCLocal contributor should contact me (bosak @
ibiblio.org). I'm in Montréal for the next week and a half, but I
should be able to turn mail around within a day or so.

Jon
