Greetings sustainability friends,

Artisan cheesemaking can be another step in the holistic cycle of land to
food and therefore a great fit for sustainable farming. This upcoming
event will be a great opportunity to enjoy a beautiful day in the Finger
Lakes and discover how the emerging artisan cheese community is playing a
valuable role in building a vibrant local food system.
