This Zeitgeist movie was put out last year. It's a very interesting movie
about how religion, politics and money are controlling society and leading
us down a path that we perhaps shouldn't be taking.

Zeitgeist: Addendum is a new movie that has just come out. I'd wager that
you'll find this interesting and thought provoking. These ideas aren't
necessarily new, but the movies are very well done and I think distributing
them widely is a good idea.

>From the producers:

"The second film, Zeitgeist: Addendum, attempts to locate the root causes

of this pervasive social corruption, while offering a solution. This
solution is not

based on politics, morality, laws, or any other "establishment" notions of
human affairs,

but rather on a modern, non-superstitious based understanding of what we are

and how we align with nature, to which we are a part. The work advocates

a new social system which is updated to present day knowledge, highly
influenced

by the life long work of Jacque Fresco and The Venus Project."

Subject: [ithuu] CSMA Arts Marathon for student art scholarships

Hello all:

For more than 50 years,The Community School for Music and Arts (CSMA) has
provided instruction in the arts for students of all ages, enriching the
lives of more than 1300 community members each year. This month they are
holding the "Arts for all Marathon" to raise money for scholarships to
continue this vital work. An opening show for participating artists is on
October 26th at 5p.m. at C.S.M.A.

Over the last 20+ years the ever sharper budget axe in public schools has
often landed on arts education! This makes the work of groups like CSMA even
more critical. My fledgeling arts group, The Green Valley Artists, is
particpating in this fund raising marathon by creating 26.2 works in time
for the show opening on Oct. 26. We are donating 50% of the proceeds from
all sales to the Arts Marathon Scholarship fund and we invite you to come
and see what we've created in the last 2 weeks!

Sincerey,

Frank Muller
