The special features seasonal produce from many local farms, vegan fare and ethnic cuisine. This weeks edition is inspired by the flavors of Poland and Eastern Europe; pierogi with mashed potatoes or mashed roots, latka with apple sauce and sour cream, sweet and sour red cabbage, sauerkraut and rutabaga fries, borscht and roots stew.
