The 2008 Annual Meeting and Local Foods Breakfast of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 8:00-10:00 a.m. at Congregation Tikkun v'Or, 2550 N. Triphammer Rd., Lansing, NY.
A breakfast buffet featuring seasonal local foods, prepared by Chef Hans Butler of watercress restaurant will be served. Guest speaker Joe Mareane, Tompkins County Administrator, will discuss the role non-profits can play to help the county meet its goals and implement its strategic plan. A brief business meeting will follow. Breakfast/annual meeting tickets are $10/person.
