I will be giving an illustrated reading of selections from my book, A Walk 
through Watkins Glen: Water's Sculpture in Stone ," twice this month.  The 
first is tomorrow, Wednesday, November 12, at noon, at Watkins Glen Public 
Library on 610 S. Decatur Street, as part of their "Books Sandwiched In" 
series. I will answer questions about this magical place and about my book, and 
it will be available for puchase and signing. My talk is free and open to the

I will do it again on Saturday, November 22, also at noon, at the Musuem of the 
Earth in Ithaca, as part of their "Natural History at Noon" series. My book is
