I personally think the ST technology is just fine, and we should all remember that simple instructions are at the bottom of ST's messages as well as the messages we receive from most other lists. But, please, let's all try to be calm and helpful to and considerate of each other, in this fortunate land that is so much less stressful to live in than it was just 10 days ago. B-r-e-a-t-h-e.
