Hello -- here is another leadership training resource offered
through Cornell. Tuition from participant is modest given the scope
of the program.

---------------------------------

Below is the web site for LEAD NY, a two-year leadership development
program of seminars, workshops and field travel, for committed
individuals who wish to step up and make a difference in our state's
food and agricultural industry. Our alumni include growers, lenders,
shippers, retailers, educators, marketers, consultants and others.

I can't say enough about the program - it is a life-changing experience.

If you or someone you know is interested in applying, feel free to
contact me or Larry Van De Valk (Director) for questions.
