Tuesday is the Sugarmaker's Breakfast for Dinner Special featuring ramps from Ramp Hollow Community Farm and Sapsquatch Pure Maple Syrup. Sapsquatch Sugarmaker and Chef Josh Dolan will be cooking up delicious Ramp Homefries, Ramp Pesto Scramble and Grandma Fox's Farm Pancakes along with many other healthy vegetarian offerings. Sugarmaker Steve will offer syrup samples and answer questions. Syrup will be available for sale: Quarts are $20, Pints $12, and Half Pints $8. Limited supply! Great local beer specials will be flowing throughout the evening.
