There are several local sawmills that we've bought local lumber from
(circa 5 yrs ago) but I'm not sure what their current status is.
I'd ask any carpenter who's been around Ithaca a long time.
You can save some $$ by face nailing planks rather than getting it
milled tongue & groove.
