Register now for NY Green Fest 2009.  Join Greens from across New York and 
adjoining states  in Alfred, NY, Friday through Sunday, August 7 - 9, 2009, for 
a weekend sharing ideas and skills for sustainable living and Green politics. 
 
Sixty-five presenters offering more than 40 panels and workshops are currently 
scheduled for the third biennial NY Green Fest. 

Exhibitors will sell local food items, handmade crafts, art, books on Green 
topics, bicycles, and renewable energy systems at the festival's Green Fair. 
Musicians will perform on an outdoor solar stage.  Swimming, yoga, hiking and 
drumming will be offered.

Green Fest 2009 will be held on the campus of Alfred University in the village 
of Alfred, NY.  Alfred is located in rural Allegany County, 80 miles south of 
Rochester on the Pennsylvania border. The Short Line Bus runs several buses 
daily between Alfred, Westchester, New York City and Long Island. Visit our

The early-bird registration fee of $65 for the weekend is available through 
July 7. Meals and lodging are additional. Reservations may be made online at

Green Fest is open to all who are interested in sustainable living and Green 
politics.  It is a benefit for the Green Party of New York and other state 
Green parties in our region.
