Please save the date for United Way of Tompkins County’s Annual Stephen
E. Garner Day of Caring Food & Personal Care Items Drive scheduled for
Thursday, September 17th at the large pavilion located at Stewart Park,
Ithaca, NY from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Each year hundreds of people have generously donated tons and tons of
non-perishable food and personal care items that were sorted by
volunteers and given to local food pantries and community organizations
for distribution throughout Tompkins County.
Maybe you could organize getting a few collection boxes at work for
your colleagues to make a donation. How about spreading the word in
your neighborhood too?
