or email [email protected] for specific locations! This year's event features a
record 33 sites open for free, self-guided tours, and we've added speakers on
Green Building topics on both Friday and Saturday evenings to offer a full
weekend of engaging activities! Once again, there will be free walking and
bike tours on Saturday, and guided van tours on both days for a small fee.
Space is limited on the vans - reserve your space a.s.a.p.! Consider
volunteering on one or both days -details below!

Saturday-Sunday, Oct. 3 & 4, 2009, 10am - 4pm
More than 30 homes and businesses that use renewable energy and/or eco-friendly
building practices will be open to the public for self-guided tours during this FREE
2-day event. Homeowners and/or builders will be on hand to discuss their work and
answer questions about solar energy, wind power, straw bale construction, timber
framing, non-toxic finishes, recycled materials, and more. Half of the sites will be
