This is just the fine.  Cabot is also responsible for the full cost of the 
clean-up and waterways restoration to be completed under PA-DEP supervision.  
The company also lost 3 weeks of production due to being shutdown by PA-DEP 
after the 8,500 gallon spill in Susquehanna County last month.
