The 1992 Findings Statement is available on the DEC website, but not the 1992 GEIS itself.
Do Cornell Libraries have a copy of the 1992 Final GEIS as well? Since the current SGEIS is suppose to be a supplement to the original 1992 GEIS, the 1992 document contains a lot of critical information as well.
