Is there any information about the feeder pipelines that will transfer gas

Dear T,
I wish someone would publish information about all the feeder pipelines that
have to be dug to connect all the wells with distribution centers. Are they
to be installed along rights of way expropriated by eminent domain? Can
NYSEG grant use of their right of way that may already be in place? Can
Towns or county road rights of way be used to pull these pipes? I’m told
more damage is possible to our land through pipelines than even by well
drilling.
