It should be heated with locally produced biomass (wood chips).  Boiler demo 
project is up and running at the Nature Center.  Contact me if you want a tour. 
 Many campuses are converting to biomass for a variety of reasons (the most 
obvious is fuel costs).  Check out Middlebury, not to mention the whole "Fuels 
for Schools" program nationwide.
