Your link goes to NY's Governor, whereas this one (the one Laura was referencing that was posted this week) goes to the federal level, specifically Lisa Jackson of the EPA. Sarah Eckel of Citizens Campaign put out a call for groups to sign the EPA letter by emailing her directly with name, title and organization: [email protected] .
